Terms of use and operation of steel structures

1. The Client is responsible for preparing the ground (including leveling and aligning it) before the installers arrive. The manufacturer is not responsible for the prepared construction area.

2. After installation is completed, the Client is obliged to properly anchor the product to the ground on their own and bears full responsibility for this. Damari is not liable in this regard.

3. For garages, halls, sheds, outbuildings and gates made of coated sheet metal, the Client must remove the protective foil within 10 days of installation.

4. Ongoing maintenance of steel elements of the gate and locks must be performed (at least twice a year) by lubricating the mechanisms.

5. The garage structure is coated only with a primer. The Client is obliged to paint it with a topcoat — Damari does not provide this service.

6. Do not load the structure with additional equipment, including mechanical devices (lifts, manual hoists, etc.) that may overload or compromise the structure.

7. Do not drill the cladding sheets (panels) when customizing the product.

8. In winter, regularly remove snow from the roof surface. The company does not provide such services.

9. With changing weather conditions, condensation may occur on the underside of the roof sheets.

10. Doors of steel structures must be closed each time to prevent the effects of wind gusts.

11. Any modifications to the structure, additional reinforcements of the garage walls and roof, and insulation are performed at the user's own risk and void any claims. Detailed operating conditions should be agreed with a local OHS and fire-safety expert.
